Days 4 & 5

So days 4 & 5 of my marathon training calendar were rest days. I decided to take some of this time to do a little self care home spa šŸ§–ā€ā™€ļø action.

I did a stress relief facial and followed that up with a full body scrub. It’s so important to make time to properly care for yourself.

Fun fact, did you know that skin is your largest organ and plays a vital role in detecting hot and cold, regulating your body temperature and protecting your muscles, bones and internal organs from outside infection and disease!
